It was a chilly 102 degrees today in Austin (oh how I wish you could hear the sarcasm dripping from my voice), so I decided to take advantage of this rather sunny day and head on down to my favorite spot. Even with the sun beating down I still found myself climbing up and down graffiti walls in my favorite black crop top and black acid wash shorts. I know when it's this hot outside you should stay far away from dark colors, but I just couldn't help myself, I absolutely love the combination. I guess I should be thanking my grandma for this love affair I have with the color black. Ever since the day I could reach the door knobs on her closet door she has taught me that all black is the best way to go. Scratch that, she taught me that all black is the ONLY way to go. Unlike her, I try to squeeze as much color as I can get away with into my outfits, but I always find myself coming back to black on black.
